Locality Convention Bursary Application Form

Gain skills, get informed and be inspired at Locality Convention '26 with a bursary place supported by our peer learning programme.

Guidelines

To be eligible to receive a bursary applicants should be all the following:

Represent an organisation that supports people from racialised or other marginalised communities,
Not have received a bursary for Locality'24 or Locality’25,
Unable to otherwise afford tickets and expenses to join us at Convention
Be a Locality member with, where applicable, no outstanding membership fees
Be willing to contribute a short blog on an aspect of Convention for our website following the event

Available bursaries :

Convention ticket only: One free Convention delegate ticket (for both days)
Travel/accommodation bursary only: If you're based outside Leicester and the immediate area, an upfront contribution (maximum £150) towards your travel and accommodation costs
Full Convention bursary: Includes one free Convention delegate ticket (for both days) and a contribution of up to £150 towards your travel and accommodation costs.

Please note: If your organisation has our Network package, you can still apply, but any travel or accommodation payments will be made into your account after your attendance at the event.

Bursary applications will be accepted and assessed on a rolling basis. All bursaries are provided at the discretion of the Membership Manager.
