Locality Awards '24

Application Form

The Locality Awards have been created to celebrate the most dedicated and inspiring organisations in the Locality network.

You can nominate your organisation or another organisation.
  • To be eligible for the community Locality Awards, organisations must be Locality Members with an Essentials or Membership Plus package.  Winners will receive a trophy and £1,000 to invest in their community or organisation.

  • The Keep it Local Award is the only award open to non-members. To be eligible for the Keep it Local Award, organisations must be a local authority, Integrated Care Board or other local health body. Winners will receive a trophy.
The Locality Awards ceremony will be held on Tuesday 12 November at 7 pm during the Locality Convention '24.

Please read the terms and conditions before applying or nominating.

Application close on Tuesday 11 June.

Guidance and tips for a good nomination

This year, we have shortened the form and reduced the questions you need to answer so you can focus on the quality of the nomination. Remember to
  • write explaining what the organisation does, keeping in mind the judge doesn't know it
  • give evidence, statistics and stories to show your impact
  • choose well so you can be concise, you only have a limited amount of characters for each answer.
The Locality Awards '24 page has guidance and advice on how to write a good nomination, and you can also join us at our advice and peer review session on 23 May.
