Terms and Conditions

1. Payment must be received within 10 working days from receipt of invoice as indicated in the invoice terms. Bookings made less than 10 days prior to the event should be settled in full before the event to attend. Entry to the Locality Convention '22 will not be permitted without full prior payment.

2. Cancellations - Should you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

• Cancellation by Monday 26 September 2022: no charge, full refund

• Cancellation from Tuesday 27 September 2022 to Monday 10 October 2022: 50% of ticket price will be refunded

• Cancellation after Tuesday 11 October 2022 or no-show: no refund

3. To request a refund in accordance with the above you must notify us in writing by email to locality.events@eesolutions.co.uk.
